Most people approach fitness like a to do list.

Why I Started Bergman Performance
My goal has always been simple: to help people live stronger, longer, and more capable lives, no matter what stage of life they’re in.
From coaching elite athletes and military personnel to working with midlife men and women who just want to feel strong again, I’ve seen the same truth:
